OUT-OF-NETWORK, OR SELF-PAY?
At this time, Progress to Success is in-network with Medicare Part B and Blue Cross Blue Shield and will bill these health insurance companies directly for services provided. Progress to Success is unable to assist with the negotiation of claims with other insurance companies.
Clients may choose a self-pay option and Progress to Success will provide a Superbill (a receipt for services) to be submitted to health insurance companies following sessions. The family is responsible for submitting the Superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are able to offer a prompt pay discount of 20% for services that are paid in full at time of the service for self-pay clients.

What is the benefit of paying out-of-pocket for services?
Insurance may not always provide the number of visits needed for specific deficits/diagnoses or may limit the frequency of visits available to patients. In some situations, certain diagnoses are not covered under the insurance providers terms.
Paying out-of-pocket can allow the family to collaborate with the speech therapist in order to provide the best quality of services for their child or loved one. It also allows the client to choose the clinician of their choice as opposed to the limited clinicians offered by the insurance provider.
